Refugio Lopez
VP, US Money Movement Operations, ADP, Inc.

Refugio Lopez is a financial services professional with 30 years of experience. He is currently Vice President and Head of US Money Movement at ADP, overseeing multi-site operations responsible for Banking Relations, Treasury Operations, Trust Accounting and Risk Management in support of the company’s 1.1M clients and movement of $3.1T annually. Prior to joining ADP, Refugio worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in the Los Angeles Branch and main headquarters in San Francisco leading multiple payment and strategic functions. He also worked at MUFG, Union Bank in Los Angeles supporting the bank’s largest Corporate and Commercial clients in the Payments and Service organization, before joining a start-up Fintech based out of Canada and serving global clients in cash management. Refugio studied at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing in 1993. In 2012, he graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Refugio has also served on various non-profit boards and is currently serving as the Treasurer of Alliance for a Better Community, a non-profit organization serving the Latino population in Los Angeles focused on promoting economic prosperity, civic engagement and access to quality education.
Carlos Morales
Sr. Director, Product Management, ADP, Inc.

Carlos is a Product Management leader for Global Money Movement & Compliance (GMM&C). He leads multiple Product teams distributed throughout the U.S., Canada, and India, including U.S. Money Movement (USMM), International Money Movement (IMM), and Financial Crimes and Risk Management (FCRM). With the USMM team, he is currently leading the product development of a Faster Payments portfolio for ADP. As part of his present and previous Product Management roles, he has extensive experience in developing successful product strategies that deliver innovation and customer value. His experience includes work in payment networks, SaaS subscription models, retail, eCommerce, nonprofit space, and international markets. Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Southern California (USC), and his MBA from the California State University Long Beach (CSULB).
