If your profile ends up on the site, you can claim it — and respond to what has been written about you. You can even add yourself to the site and ask others to rate, review and describe you.
Unvarnished co-founder Peter Kazanjy says the impetus for the site comes from the difference between people’s attitudes in job interviews and their attitudes after being hired.
According to Kazanjy, the site will help employers avoid wasting time and money on hiring the wrong people for the job.
Right now, the website is in a private beta test, so in order to write or view any reviews, people must be invited by a user and write a review of him or her.
